SHIPPING POLICY

Where do you ship?

We ship to just about every destination that Fedex, USPS, or EMS reaches. That's almost everywhere in the world.

There are 3 different types of orders at FourGreen Auto Part.

1 - Orders that are shipped from Detroit Stock

Almost all orders that are from our Detroit warehouse stock are shipped on the same day the order is completed (Monday through Friday). At the completion of each order, our website informs you where the order is being shipped from.

We use primarily Fedex Ground service from our Detroit facility. We also use USPS to selected sites such as Canada, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska.

2 - Orders that shipped from Korea Stock

Some items that we do not stock in Detroit are shipped from our Korea facility. In this case the item will be shipped directly to you. Items shipped from Korea usually ship about 1 to 3 days after order completion. Some items will be acquired from the OEM manufacturer or distributor if we do not have it in our warehouse.

We use Primarily Fedex Priority and EMS Priority shipping from Korea. This is our choice depending on the size (volume) and weight of the shipment.

In some cases we require additional shipping fee if an item has odd shape or large in volume. This is because our system calculates shipping fees based on weight. If the package ends up with low weight but large volume, the shipper will require additional fees and so we would ask you for the additional fees at that time. We always give you the choice of cancelling your order with 100% refund if that occurs.

3 - Orders that shipped from Dubai Warehouse

In some cases where we don't have a part in Korea or Detroit, we may have it in our Dubai warehouse. Although Dubai warehouse is not designed for retail sale, we may ship an order from there via Fedex Priority if the part is only available there.

When do we ship

Detroit: Monday - Friday
Korea: Monday - Saturday
Dubai: Sunday - Thursday



RETURN POLICY

WHAT can be returned?

All products are returnable IF the product is in the same condition as when purchased. This includes the product packaging.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?

No later than 10 days after shipping.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?

After obtaining a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (This can be done via Email), product can be returned to an address obtained through the RMA

HOW do customers return items?

SHIPPING for returns?

Customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns. However if we had shipped you the wrong item, we will be responsible for shipping the items back to us

CREDIT for returns?

Your credit card will be refunded once the item is inspected and received LESS our 15% restock fee. This restock fee is waived and a replacement is shipped if we had sent you the wrong item by error

Product Packing Materials?

The product's packing material must be in same condition as when received.

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

We do not keep or store credit card information for any of our customers. Credit card information is passed on to the credit card processor to obtain authorization and then removed. We only receive the authorization from the card processors. We never see or keep the original credit card number used.
