Company Policy

Shipping Information:

We are able to ship orders all over the world. For more information regarding shipping charges to your specific location please contact info@fourgreen.com. Please include your exact shipping address.

NOTE: Oversized and heavy items may require extra shipping charges. Please email us for a quote before ordering. These parts include (but are not limited to) bumper components, body panels, engines, and transmissions.

Please specify the parts you would like to purchase, as well as your complete shipping address.  These items are necessary for an accurate quote regarding shipping costs.

We will not ship to P.O. Box, Military Mail Box, APO's or FPO's. We can only ship to a physical location/address.

Any VAT or Duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Expect your order to be delivered between 4 to 10 business days (maximum 14 days) from the original placement. Orders are normally shipped via EMS or UPS. Once a tracking number is assigned, you will be notified by email.

All sales are final. We only offer exchanges at the buyer's expense. No refunds will be made.

All shipped items have been inspected to avoid any manufacturer flaw. However, mistakes may still occur, and such the item will be replaced at no extra cost to the purchaser. Please read our shipping and return policies below.

The buyer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the United States. The buyer further complies that the  purchase is only for personal use only and not for resale or export.

Our top philosophy is customer satisfaction. As such, we stand by all of the products we sell. Please inspect the parts immediately after receiving your order; be sure that the ordered part fits before cutting, painting, altering or final installation. Altered items and custom orders are not refundable or returnable.

Shipping Problems:

Please inspect your package after delivery to ensure there are no damages. Evidence of damage or tampering seen on the outer packaging must be noted upon delivery.

Shipping Damage:

Damages must be reported and filed with carrier immediately. Orders lost in transit must be immediately reported to FourGreen Auto Parts. We are not liable for carrier damages. A claim must be filed with the carrier company to facilitate an exchange. If you have received a damaged product, please report it within 48 hours from date of acceptance. No exceptions.

Wrong Items:

If you have received a wrong item, it should be reported within 3 business days from date of acceptance. We will provide you with a mailing label to ship the part back to us. The replacement part will only be sent once the wrong item has been received and confirmed by FourGreen.
