Shipping
All prices DO NOT included shipping charges. We ship order in the world. For shipping prices to your location, please send us an email (janekang@YaHalaUSA.com) with your exact shipping address to get a quote. Please click here to check estimated shipping charges by EMS.

NOTE: Oversize items and Heavy Weight items, including but not limted to bumper components, body panels, engines, transmissions, require extra shipping charges, please email us for a quote before ordering.

Please be specific as to what you want to have shipped and have the complete address to which it will be shipped.
These items are neccessary to give an accurate quote for shipping costs.

NO P.O. Box, Military Mail Box, APO's or FPO's. We can only ship to a physical address.

Any VAT and/or Duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping time takes 1-2 days processing (special order takes within 7 days) plus 3 to 7 days transit. Therefore, you can expect your order to be delivered between 4 to 10 business days (maximum 14 days) of placing your order. Orders are normally shipped via EMS or UPS. Once a tracking number is assigned, you will be notified by email.

All sales are final. We only offer EXCHANGES at buyer's expense. No refunds will be made. All items shipped have been inspected to avoid any manufacturer flaw. However, mistakes may still happen and on such cases we will replace any wrong item at no extra cost to the buyer. Please read our shipping and return policies below.

The buyer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the various states of the United States. The buyer further agrees and represent that he/she is buying only for his/her own personal use only and not for resale or export.

Your satisfaction is our goal; we stand behind all the products that we sell. Please make sure that the part you ordered fits before cutting, painting, altering or final installation. Altered items and custom orders are not refundable or returnable. Please inspect the parts immediately after receiving your order.
 
Shipping Problems
Please inspect your package immediately prior to accepting delivery. Damages and evidence of tampering on the outer packaging must be noted on the delivery receipt of the driver.
 
Shipping Damage
Damages must be reported and filed with carrier immediately. Orders lost in transit must be reported to us immediately. We are not liable for carrier damages. A claim must be filed with Carrier Company to facilitate an exchange. If you received a damaged product, please report it to us within 48 hours from date of receipt. No exceptions.
 
Wrong Items
If you received a wrong item, this should be reported within 3 business days from date of receipt. We shall provide you with a mailing label to ship back the wrong part. The replacement will only be sent once the wrong item has been received and confirmed by us.
